ATL Native Dwight Howard Named to Team USA

Atlanta product and current Orlando Magic star will compete in China this summer.

Former Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy star Dwight Howard will have a unique opportunity to compete for a gold medal at this summer's Olympic Games.

The current Orlando Magic standout is one of 12 NBA players to be named to Team USA.

Howard becomes the third player in Magic history to be named to the Olympic team. He is the lone Georgia native to be on this year's squad.
