Singleton is a McDonald's All-American

Dunwoody High basketball star Chris Singleton is a talented forward.

Dunwoody High standout Chris Singleton has earned his share of recognition on the basketball court.

Now the 6-foot-8 and 210-pound forward can call himself a McDonald's All-American as he has been named to the East squad.

Singleton will join a handful of the nation's top prep hoops stars on March 26 for the annual contest that pits the team from the West against the team from the East.

The McDonald's All-American game has historically featured some of the games greatest players and Singleton joins some elite company.

Former players in the game include LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Shaquille O'Neal, Micahel Jordan and Magic Johnson.

The game be played at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and will be aired on ESPN.

Singleton has signed with Florida State.
